Sebastian is the founder of INNOWELL and the Lead Partner. He has over 15 years of experience in professional project management (IPMA), and he has been involved with R&D+I for over ten years. Over the years, he successfully facilitated many H2020 grant applications from a variety of sectors, including but not limited to Environmental, Digital, Agriculture and Energy sectors whose value exceeds 100 mln EUR. With his international network of contacts, Sebastian builds high performing consortia.
Our customer from the Environmental and Life Sciences sector asked us to facilitate the process of the H2020 Coordination and Support Action Twinning grant application with a due date of two months.
After the initial meeting, our team of experts provided a clear project roadmap and established procedures for the cooperation. We created communication channels and the proposal’s working environment; prepared templates and internal working materials as well as risk analysis of the project and specified task distribution amongst the consortium partners. The Lead Partner coordinated the consortium through facilitated workshops and worked closely with the Project Coordinator.
The proposal’s main objective was to step up in science by the Coordinator’s Institution in Geospatial Sciences through cooperation with leading research centres in Europe. The project’s team designed activities and a detailed schedule for the B2B meetings, roadshows, hackathons, training, and the mobility programme to integrate geodetic and imaging techniques to monitor and model the Earth’s surface deformations and seismic risks.
Our outstanding teamwork was not only granted with funding but it was also awarded 15 out of 15 available points, ranking it as No 1 and making it the best H2020 Twinning proposal in Europe.
